The Office of Workforce Development and Community Education is pleased to offer a Topics in AutoCAD class.
Utilizing current Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) software, students will apply drafting theory standards to two-dimensional computer-aided drafting applications in mechanical, architectural and other engineering drawing industries.
Topics included in this course serve as a foundation to topics in CADD 110. These include file management, drawing tools, modify tools, text and annotation tools, style management, plotting basics, using drafting aides and geometric construction.
This course is offered at no charge through a grant provided by the Lumina Foundation’s Racial Equity for Adult Credentials in Higher Education (REACH)
